This remarkable Antique Japanese chest of drawers once graced the interior of one of the traditional draper’s shops in ‘Kyoto (京都).’ These shops are renowned for its exquisite selection of fabrics, including luxurious silk, destined for the creation of ‘Kimono’ attire. They also offer a curated assortment of completed Kimono garments and accompanying accessories.

Crafted from a single board, the top plate boasts a generous length of close to 2 meters, making it ideal for use as a spacious counter surface. Its sleek design and ample dimensions lend a majestic touch to your space, infusing it with a sophisticated Japanese ambiance.

With twenty identical drawers, each adorned with uniform metal handles, this chest offers ample storage to meet various needs. The bottom three layers feature drawers with a centre partition, enhancing convenience for organising belongings.
